13/12/2024: Location: A few meters from metro 3 (galieni) and many bus lines. Near shops and pharmacy. The view is honestly not great but the location is good. Right on the edge of the ring road but no noise reaches the hotel Welcome: Very simple reception hall The staff is pleasant and smiling. Bedroom: The office space is pleasant and spacious. Kettle area with very nice tea, coffee and milk. Wardrobe with hanging space and shelves. 2 comfortable single beds. Too bad the bedside table is tiny and very low and the electrical outlets are too close to the bed. Bathroom with rather well-designed bathtub although I think a shower would be better. The big minus: it’s cold! lots of draft and the heater struggles to warm the room. The bathroom is not heated. We also hear quite a bit of noise from the upper floor. The restaurant area is really GREAT! It's beautiful, warm and good! I recommend it. This is clearly the big plus of this hotel.

08/12/2024: The attitude of the woman at the reception is very bad. I felt that it would be better to upgrade and stay at another hotel because it was at a level that made me feel uncomfortable while traveling. I don't want to stay there again.

18/09/2024: I'm not in the habit of leaving a review but it was a little strong, having ordered fish (braised captain), the gentleman in the kitchen served us reheated and especially burnt fish and having a taste not fresh at all, even the plantains were reheated. reheated. It's incredible. You can pay a lot but at least eat well! Plus the Mr in the kitchen doesn't understand French at all. I should point out that there were only two of us in this restaurant, no crowds so the cooking could have been better done. In short, the kitchen needs to be reviewed, otherwise the setting is pleasant..

22/05/2025: A brasserie that lives up to its name! Incompetence, bad faith, it was a real comedy from start to finish. They brought us the menus and we ordered. But half the menu was unavailable. They could have told us, but let's move on... Then they brought us the wrong dishes. Let's move on... My fish en papillote arrived, and it was completely raw! The server noticed this and sent it back to the kitchen. Two minutes later, my fish came back: it was barely cooked! I sent the dish back again and asked them to serve me anything else that would be ready quickly. They offered me a pink beef steak, which arrived 3 minutes later. I know it's supposed to be eaten very rare, but here, it was downright raw in places! I sent my dish back again. Meanwhile, my friend ordered a rib-eye steak that looked more like... pieces of pink beef. In the end, I didn't even ask for a commercial offer, but at least an apology. The manager preferred to tell me that fish en papillote and pink beef are a bit raw and that he had to throw away a dish because of me, then concluded: "Okay, it's not a big deal." I still can't believe it...
