15/02/2026: The food is excellent, perhaps the best in Amiens and the surrounding area; however, the service is very stiff and lacks humor. It's a real shame, because the food is incredible.
The atmosphere is too cold.

21/02/2026: Disappointing. They were missing a cold fries sandwich. They were missing salad dressing. When you complain, they give you the wrong dressing. You go back, they give you your dressing, and when I hand them the one they gave me first, they tell you to throw it away and do their job for them. As a result, we can't eat together if we want a hot meal. Disappointed, and they don't even apologize.
20/02/2026: Everything was served cold, orders weren't followed, and when you complain, there's no response. The cheese wasn't melted, and the cheddar was cold. I paid for this, it's shameful.

14/01/2026: A strategic location. That's the only thing that would motivate me to return. Tiny room, toilet barely flushes, shower head won't stay on. A contortionist's struggle to get out of the shower. You can't even complain to the staff since the only thing they say to you in the morning is "good morning, your room number" and a key basket on departure. Breakfast was adequate.

29/04/2024: Je n’y avais ps été depuis plusieurs mois et franchement j’ai été déçu … le buffet pratiquement vide a notre arrivée (21h) , pas de très grande qualité mais bon on s’en doutait et surtout des cheveux retrouvé dans les assiettes… enfin nous ne pensons ps y retourner de s’y tot … dommage
