09/09/2025: A very bizarre phone conversation with the owner! A very bitter and unfriendly person. I was calling to ask about availability. She asked if it was for a Wonderbox gift set, and I said yes. She replied very curtly, "Why didn't you tell me, Madam?" I didn't understand. Then she went on to spitefully tell me she had no availability in September or October, and I quote: "I only have weddings for the next two months, you have to come during the week." I told her that during the week, we work! Unbelievable. She spoke to me like I was a dog (and I'm even nicer to my dog). I've rarely seen weddings in October, but anyway... I ended the "conversation." One thing is certain, judging by the comments I've seen everywhere... I wasn't the problem. If Wonderbox is a problem for this woman, she should end the partnership. Perhaps she should even change careers completely because right now she is sorely lacking in politeness, kindness and friendliness.
