19/03/2024: I called on Monday March 4 in the morning to reserve a table for Saturday March 9 in the evening. This was a gift set for 2 people expiring March 20th. Arriving on Saturday evening the restaurant was closed and on holiday for a few days. I called on Monday to express my dissatisfaction and they were supposed to call me back that day. I called 3 times in the week where 3 different people said they would call me back and to this day I am still waiting for their call. In short, all this is really not serious and living 140 km from the restaurant I have to resolve to throw away my gift box because of them because I do not have a weekend available before this date. No apology from them and that is deplorable. Obviously they offered to come before March 20 but traveling 280 km for a meal is making fun of the world... It would have been easy for me to send them my gift voucher by email and by return guarantee me a meal later , but no, not possible. No effort to satisfy the customer. Deplorable...
