22/03/2026: Following our first visit, where we were very satisfied with both the quality and the atmosphere, this second experience convinced us not to return.
Indeed, the prices have increased significantly considering the quality of the food. The burgers were literally swimming in sauce, which made the bun soggy and was quite unpleasant. Placed right next to the entrance, the door bumped against our table every time it was opened. As a result, we rushed through our meal and didn't order dessert or coffee... A real shame.
22/03/2026: The food was good, but the wait time was completely unacceptable. Over 1 hour and 10 minutes for a simple salad and a piece of grilled meat… 😕 When you're busy, it's sometimes better to turn people away than to make customers wait so long. It's a shame, because the quality was there, but the overall experience really suffered.

29/03/2026: A hidden gem in this medieval village that's well worth a visit.
Unbeatable value for money with simple yet high-quality dishes.
The service is impeccable, and the smiles are ever-present.
Parking is a bit far, but that's understandable as traffic is prohibited in the village.
We appreciated the place for its decor as well as the meal.
17/03/2026: On March 9th, we had a delicious lunch here. It is a traditional cuisine with original touches. There are plenty of vegetables. The service was super sweet and good, with an eye for every customer. You can also buy items in this restaurant (chocolate, cushions, ...). A lovely experience. Highly recommended.

04/08/2024: Cadre parfait, élégamment fleuri. Personnel à l’écoute mais… mais … repas beaucoup trop long, 4h.: cuisine ? Service ? Pas la réponse. Assiettes joliment présentées, mets goûteux, cuisine inventive mais attention : menu enfant au prix du menu découverte adulte (c’est exagéré pour des produits de base enfants ) réfléchir avant de s’engager, c’est abusé !
26/07/2024: On y est allé pour nos 40 ans de mariage. On n'a pas regretté. Très beau restaurant, personnel attentionné et très agréable. Tous les mets sont succulents et super bien présentés. Salle très claire, très fleurie, vue sur la nature.. Il y a un beau parc où l'on peut se promener après le repas et voir des perruches, des perroquets... Tout était parfait.

17/05/2024: réservation pour 5 personnes par mail 6 jours avant et sans confirmation je téléphone la vieille ; restaurant fermé "on n'a pas le temps de lire nos mail" - Allo, la poste ? passez moi le 22 à Bruniquel !
21/04/2024: Leggere che il ristorante sia ricordato (anche sulla guida Michelin) per aver ospitato le riprese di un film con Romy Schneider, "Vieux fusil" (il cui titolo in italiano "Frau Marlene") vi porterà decisamente fuori strada: non pranzerete infatti in un locale che si autocelebra, ma in un ristorante con una discreta inventiva in cucina e una buona ricerca degli ingredienti. I clienti vengono accolti da uno straordinario amouse-bouche fatto con uovo, bacon e vino; a seguire io ho ordinato la noisette d'agnello arrostita all'aglio che ho trovato straordinariamente gustosa. Poi ho anche preso un dessert, anch'esso molto buono, un tortino di cioccolata con frutta secca e candita servito con del gelato alla vaniglia. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Buona la carta dei vini, anche se il primo che ho scelto non era disponibile. Prezzi commisurati alla qualità e grande la disponibilità nei confronti dei bambini; mi ha sorpreso però che il menu per i più piccoli comprendesse il foie gras, che raramente piace loro. Ad ogni modo di certo non è rimasto sul piatto :)

22/10/2024: Délicieuse cuisine maison avec un accueil très chaleureux. La cuisine est un voyage dédié à la Grèce avec des produits frais et locaux. Les pâtisseries sont délicieuses, je recommande le gâteau au chocolat un délice. Nous avons fait un petit séjour et avons adoré ce charmant café avec sa terrasse en haut du village et aussi bien à l'intérieur les jours de pluie avec le jazz pour une ambiance cosy. Je recommande absolument !!
