03/02/2026: I went yesterday around 3:30 pm and I'm very disappointed with the service. Not only was the wait time completely unreasonable given the low customer volume at the time, but the reception was unacceptable: the employee abruptly closed the drive-thru window while we were still talking. Speed is one thing, but basic courtesy is quite another.

However, be careful with the drive-thru... it's not the first time this has happened to me, but this morning... two items, two mistakes... so it's not the end of the world, but dissatisfaction and frustration... I ordered a double Moricette Club... I ended up with a baguette sandwich and two chocolate chip brioche buns, and I received two sugar brioche buns instead... It'll make some people happy, but not me this time...
09/02/2026: I ordered a strawberry Charlotte cake for my son's birthday. When the order arrived, I was told there were no strawberries and that raspberries had been used instead. At that point, they should have contacted me, because I would have chosen a different cake!
And to add insult to injury, the name on the birthday plaque was misspelled. You expect better service than in a supermarket, but it's quite the opposite. Never again.

Despite a very pleasant and good-willed young waiter, his colleague is on the other hand execrable.
