19/05/2026: Fast service despite 12 people to serve (including 2 and a half children, one of whom was celebrating his 12th birthday), friendly staff (especially Melissa) who had to show all her patience with a rather unruly public.
19/05/2026: I've been coming here regularly for lunch for the past few months, and everything is perfect.
The waiters/waitresses are very friendly. It's quick, pleasant, and delicious.

21/07/2026: Hello, the Poulaillon Andelnans drive-through is supposedly open until 8 pm... I went there at 7:15 pm, waited 10 minutes, and after 10 minutes, no one came. Very disappointed. Avoid it.
17/07/2026: You need to reorganize your queue at the counter; everyone is cutting in line haphazardly. It's a disaster and causes conflicts. The organization hasn't changed at all; it takes 15 minutes to get a baguette—a catastrophe. One person to serve bread for 10 customers and three serving hot meals for 2 customers—something's not right here.
