30/06/2026: Truly the best pizza in Belfort, without a doubt 🙏🏻 I don't understand the negative reviews when the ingredients are so fresh, you can taste the difference. Easy parking available. A fantastic, friendly team, honestly. I highly recommend it if you're a true pizza fan. ✨️

09/08/2026: A SHAMEFUL IN TERMS OF ORGANIZATION, SERVICE, AND QUALITY. I placed my order at 4:50 PM for 5:30 PM. I arrived at the scheduled time… only to discover that my order had simply been forgotten. And the most unbelievable part? The restaurant was empty. They can't even manage an order placed in advance. But apparently, the problem doesn't end there: instead of an apology and a modicum of professionalism, I was met with a haughty and unpleasant welcome from the owner. And to top it all off, the food was truly awful!!! Between the wait, the lack of organization, the poor service, and the poor quality of the food, it's hard to find a single positive point in this experience… Mistakes happen! But when everything comes together and the meal is bad on top of that, it becomes frankly difficult to justify. Wasted time, forgotten order, deplorable service, and disappointing food. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

02/09/2026: **Visit today:** The cashier was about as friendly as a prison guard… 😕 I asked her for two very white baguettes and four small, very white, not-too-cooked rolls. She told me she didn't have any, even though the display case was full! Luckily, a second sales assistant came to serve me. She was much more pleasant and welcoming. Thank you to her, as this thankfully made up for the experience somewhat.

10/08/2026: I'm giving this place one star reluctantly. My review only concerns one saleswoman (a young woman with glasses). On several occasions, I witnessed this young woman being disrespectful to the other saleswomen, and even flirting with her colleagues. This is unacceptable in front of customers, especially since she sorely lacks business acumen and courtesy! I am simply shocked by such behavior!
