04/04/2024: Dinner on a Saturday evening with a lot of people. A queue which was rather crowded, we favored the room at the back of the building which was almost empty and well air-conditioned (unlike the crowded terrace and the four tightly packed tables at the front of the restaurant). At the checkout, a lot of activity due to the cooks busy at the wok (it adds atmosphere, like a real street food snack). The waitresses are friendly, welcoming and efficient (a bit of a wait to get your drink, but it was really busy). The system is original: you order and pay for everything at the cash register and you are served at the table (I have no idea how they remember where to serve the dishes! Hats off). The bowls are huge and plentiful, the quantities of rice/garnishing/cabbage well balanced. The only downside is that it lacks pep, as it is surely suited to French tastes that are not very spicy. No chili pepper available (chili sauces are extra). I recommend because the whole thing is quite successful (cuisine, service, decor, atmosphere)
