28/08/2026: My order was sent with a missing item, so the company is failing in its duty, even though I paid in full, of course. The manager, who clearly lacks any business sense, refuses to send another delivery person for the missing item because "they have other orders to deliver." So, they can send half-finished orders and then tell customers who just want what they paid for to get lost. What a blatant lack of professionalism. It's truly shameful.
04/07/2026: We stopped going there two years ago because they were incapable of making complete pizzas or properly incorporating changes.
And here we go again! I ask them to remove two items, and they remove four... On other pizzas, I also find the quantity of some ingredients to be skimpy.
When I complain that the changes weren't being made, they offered to remake it with a rather nonchalant attitude. When I indicated that I wasn't going to eat two pizzas, no other options were offered... In short, avoid this place!

21/07/2026: An exceptional experience from start to finish! The welcome was warm, the service attentive and always with a smile. The dishes were delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented. Every bite was a true delight. The atmosphere is friendly and elegant, ideal for spending a wonderful time with family, friends, or as a couple. A big thank you to the entire team for their professionalism. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return.
15/07/2026: It's been a long time since we've had such good couscous. The fine semolina was just how we like it, the sauce was well-seasoned and spiced without being too hot, and the meat (mechoui and lamb kebabs) was delicious and tender.
The staff is very kind and discreet.
We loved everything about your place.
Thank you so much for the mint tea.
Go ahead and try it; couscous is delicious all year round, whatever the weather.

11/05/2026: Finally, a good, generously topped pizza at a reasonable price; I even ate the crust! Excellent service, friendly and quick.

08/09/2026: I went to get my tacos with my girlfriend, and upon entering, she was greeted with "ni hao" by a staff member who couldn't even speak proper French. It's frustrating.
Deplorable...
PS: She's Thai; "ni hao" is Chinese.

06/09/2026: The service at this O’Tacos is always extremely slow, even when it’s not very busy. I don’t understand why.
Edit: I’m taking off another star. I ordered extra cheese and jalapeno nuggets, and they only put ONE in my taco.

24/07/2026: To be factual, here's the chronological order:
I arrived with a friend before leaving on a trip. After half an hour, having not received our order (kebab plates), we called for help and were told we'd been forgotten.
Then, we were served, with napkins stained with grease.
The food was mediocre, and the toilets were filthy.
In the following four hours, we both experienced abdominal spasms, even though we hadn't eaten together anywhere else. The next day, my friend had to hold back severe diarrhea for a 14-hour flight, which followed the spasms.
Fortunately, we recovered after three days.
I then tried to check the restaurant's latest hygiene inspection report on the government website, Alim' Confiance, but unfortunately, I found nothing.
In conclusion, the hygiene of this establishment appeared to us to be questionable.
