We go back there very often.
13/11/2023: We celebrated my engagement there, everything was great, the restaurant was very good and in a secluded location, there were no cars, the children ran around the yard without any problems. The food is very tasty! The boss was very pleasant and cheerful, as were his employees, there were very nice loud music speakers, disco lights and fog lights. It was a very pleasant evening, a big thank you to the chef, the boss and the team.

17/05/2024: It's changed a lot, I'm disappointed
There is no longer a plate to cook your meat yourself, no more unlimited drinks (that was a big plus), the desserts and sweets are a disappointment because not much choice (the sweets part is not good at all)
But the worst is the makis either they are not good or they have no taste.
In terms of price and quality, it was way too expensive for what you got.
It was the last time I went there, I'm going to find another one at will too bad
17/05/2024: Too expensive for the quality of the food, you are not going to eat well here, half of the restaurant had a smell that almost made us leave (a horrible smell of cabbage) we were placed at the other end of the restaurant, tough meat, only Korean meat is good and sometimes the merguez but there is a lot of oil that comes out that tastes disgusting, coconut pearl as hard as a golf ball (it's a stone the thing), chicken with a weird taste, this same weird taste like cabbage or something expired is found in rice too and other dishes.
Dried vegetables, the dishes seem to be from the day before.
Very nice waiters, nothing to say about their work, it's really the food quality that's the problem, it's not worth the 18 eu paid per person

14/06/2024: I have already been to this pedra alta, always ordering the same dish "espeto do rumsteak" (meat and garlic) and always without problems. Here they bring me a meat dish WITH WINE. I can't stand it and therefore asked to change. I am told that it has always been wine (even though on the menu there is garlic and 0 sauce in the dish + 0 indications that there is wine)
In short, they “change it” for me. Or rather they bring me THE SAME MEAT SOAKED IN WINE in a different dish with garlic on top. I couldn't eat anything all evening. We reported the dish again and nothing could be done "I'm a waiter ma'am it's not my fault", we were also charged for it! As if they were not responsible and they of course implied that if I did not want wine, it was my fault "if the customer does not like it we do not refund" that I was taken out ! So it's as if on the menu they tell you "beef dish" and you see on the menu a steak and fries, then finally you have a bourguignon...
My husband is Portuguese, so we understood what the waiters were saying about us...great service..
After 10 minutes of talking my father ended up paying the bill, really pathetic for charging a dish that they missed and that wasn't even eaten.
Anyway, I watched everyone eat, unable to swallow anything. We came for birthdays with fairly large tables (from 5 to 12) and you can be sure that I would never set foot there again.
