05/06/2024: No better service or cuisine anywhere in the area. Good people, great facilities. Clean, tidy, well-presented and the best staff all round.

22/05/2024: We returned to this magnificent hotel.

22/05/2024: The view, the service, the place, the restaurant, the wine... Spacious and well-equipped room (Diptyque), a view of the valley and Mont Ventoux which adds a little more serenity to the general calm. The restaurant full of creativity and simplicity accompanied by attentive service. A MUST in the region. Sorry to insist, but the service is impeccable!!!
