25/05/2026: This hotel is truly remarkable. The location is superb and the views are incredible. The attention to detail is unsurpassed. The room was so beautifully decorated and the bathroom was one of the best we have seen. Lovely big bath and shower and great amenities. The only small issue we had was that our room was above the reception area and other guests can sometimes be quite noisy in that area.
We ate dinner at their restaurant during our stay and the food was incredibly good. The pools are fantastic for a hot day.
This is a must-visit hotel for a trip to Provence.
22/05/2026: A fabulous hotel! Location is perfect and views from every spot in the hotel is amazing. The service was excellent and the food at the restaurant was delicious. What more can we ask for?!

16/06/2026: On Friday, June 12th, about forty of us, invited by our association, dined there. The salad was tasteless, without a hint of dressing; the cod and spelt were barely lukewarm; the Ventoux pork was equally bland; the apple pastry was tiny; the wait was interminable (and the owner sat calmly among us); and to top it all off, if you choose to have tea, it costs extra... despite having around forty set menus at 40 Euros! In short, none of us will be returning to or recommending this restaurant.
24/05/2026: Great restaurant with a lovely shaded terrace offering panoramic views in the charming village of Crillon-le-Brave at the foot of Mont Ventoux. Welcoming staff and good food at reasonable prices.

21/09/2024: Bonne qualité des ingrédients, de bonnes saveurs, présentation sommaire, portions un peu légère notamment les salades (mauriciennes).
Choix de vins, et de boissons non alcoolisées.
Service: Accueil familial, service rapide.
Ambiance: terrasse sympa au cœur du village

13/07/2024: Pasta med et glas pesto og en clubsandwich med sødt brød og kylling, som var stegt for hårdt - ikke godt. Betjeningen var egentlig venlig.
