Luckily, the rest of the restaurant is up to scratch! A huge round of applause for the owner. Alone facing a packed terrace on this Saturday lunchtime, she managed the rush with impressive composure, formidable efficiency, and a true sense of organization. Her energy deserves recognition. On the plate: Excellent cuisine, fresh and flavorful. The value for money is unbeatable considering the freshness of the ingredients. After all, the temporary amnesia of saying "hello" is a mysterious affliction that can strike anyone after a short night, a hostile pillow, or waking up on the wrong side of the bed—I, whom the owner nicknames "the bear," know all about it… We'll be back.
