Gloomy room for a 4 star No reception, no staff Security 0 (unsecured access and for reception a note in plain sight with our room number in the courtyard of the castle No one answers the booking message or the phone We left the room in the middle of the night 90€ for this a scandal!! I often travel to hotels, this is the first time I've seen this Response from the hotel today we are short of staff I understand but not my problem and must not become my problem I pay for a service that is not at all there. We had booked a 20m2 room in the annex to find ourselves in a kind of maid's room in the castle with no soul and uncomfortable bedding. No apology from the hotel or offer of gesture A pure scandal I totally advise against it
