08/09/2024: Very disappointed with the restaurant! I used to love this restaurant but for me it was the best for pho soup. But there, very disappointed, even angry, I would say. I recommended this restaurant to my parents who come from the Paris region and they left without having been served and after waiting for over an hour. They arrived around 7 p.m. and left around 8 p.m. so they arrived home around 10 p.m. without having eaten because supposedly there was no time to make 2 spring rolls then 45 minutes later ordering 2 pho soups we came to tell them that there was too much people and it's too late for soup even though they had already ordered!! But anyway, what restaurant does that?!! If there are too many people and you cannot manage this influx, instead of setting up your “service” table, it would be better to tell them that there will be a waiting time or simply tell them that you cannot accommodate them POINT! Why waste people's time honestly?!!! I had already recommended this restaurant to a friend who had already given me negative feedback about the waiting time and the service but then honestly I would NEVER RECOMMEND this restaurant again! This restaurant deserves a ZERO POINT!!!!

07/09/2024: 30 minutes of waiting just to order the drinks, then 1 hour of waiting to wait for the dishes, incompetent staff and too slow, this is unacceptable!!!!!! Not recommended!!!
