Viet's Canteen
Clermont-Ferrand
22/06/2026: I didn't like the spring rolls, neither in the bo-bun nor as an appetizer. I recommend the caramel chicken or other dishes, which are much better and more generous.
Immediate service
No air conditioning
08/06/2026: The service was very quick, the main course portions were generous, it was very good, and the price was really reasonable. The only slightly disappointing thing is that it's not mentioned that there are vegetable spring rolls in the vegetarian bun (so it's not really necessary to order the spring rolls as a starter).

09/05/2026: A quiet and very pleasant restaurant.
The owner was very friendly and welcoming.
The food was a revelation—delicious, homemade, and the spring rolls served with salad and super fresh mint.
I loved it! 😊 I'll be back.
26/03/2026: Authentic dishes and traditional cuisine...everything is homemade and you can taste the difference...flavors and delight for the palate 👍
I've been here several times and it's always a pleasure.

29/06/2026: An unusual place, it's a shame there's no air conditioning.

28/05/2026: Delicious! Too bad I fell off my chair and the rest of my meal ended up on the floor
08/05/2026: Disappointment. A shame, because the location is fantastic. Whether it's a change of staff or ownership, I don't know, but the wait for our order was far too long, and the wait between courses was also excessive, even though the restaurant was only half full. Perhaps the staff were absent, but the delays were unacceptable and there was no explanation.
The food was average. The gourmet experience is gone. The Petit Futé guide's rating is outdated. In short, disappointed.
For true gourmets, discover La Rivière des Parfums. More expensive, but in a league of its own in terms of taste.
