Excellent cuisine, impeccable service. The owners are incredibly friendly and very professional. A true delight every time. Thank you for everything.

07/02/2026: Passing through this Friday, it was a disappointment. Regarding the food: The "TERROIR" menu at €30, unfortunately, there wasn't much that was actually "local." For starters, mushroom vol-au-vent, the portions were too small but fairly decent in terms of taste, although I doubt it was homemade. Main course: "Andouille du Val d'Ajol sausage + pork loin," with fries. Well, the andouille I got consisted of two thin slices, 4 cm in diameter, and two very, very thin slices of pork loin. Sure, it was good, but it was really minimalist, bordering on stingy 😅. The fries were soulless frozen, served in a tiny container... frozen fries, really... make homemade fries! And you'll earn a star. For dessert, floating island... well, let's be honest, it was frozen with that distinct fridge taste... the meringue was tasteless and stiff, and the custard was flavorless. This menu is worth €15 at most, but certainly not €30... A huge disappointment. Another problem was the extremely slow service... We arrived at 11:50 am and didn't leave until 2:15 pm. The waitress was completely overwhelmed and didn't know where to turn, even though there were only 10 tables to manage. We had to ask twice for dessert because it never arrived. The place itself isn't unpleasant, but there's nothing special about the atmosphere or decor. We definitely won't be back, which is a shame... an €80 bill for a couple, and we left disappointed.
