06/07/2026: We hired Didier and his team for our wedding. I recommend them without hesitation. Didier is an exceptional chef and incredibly kind. He listened to us, adapted to our needs, and quickly found solutions for us. He is very accommodating; you feel special and pampered by him. His team is fantastic, kind, and discreet. True professionals, the kind you rarely find, at a more than competitive price. We were delighted with his menu; everyone thoroughly enjoyed it.
