17/08/2026: It was wonderful to find this restaurant at the very end of this bend in the Seine. We only had dessert but received a very warm welcome.

What we liked:
Auberge de la Boucle won us over with its authentic and relaxing atmosphere. Its peaceful location is perfect for unwinding and enjoying a good night’s rest. We particularly appreciated the warm welcome and kindness of the staff, who immediately made us feel at home. The dining experience was also excellent, from breakfast to dinner at the restaurant. A truly enjoyable stay and a wonderful way to begin our holiday in Normandy.

30/07/2026: Stopping in for lunch during the week, I ordered: 1 plate of hard-boiled eggs with mayonnaise (overcooked), 1 plate of cold roast beef with potato salad (nothing homemade, industrially produced), 1 Perrier, 1 coffee, €31
19/07/2026: I go there regularly, on Sunday at lunchtime, for a drink or a meal, either with my partner or friends. It's a friendly place, and the owner, Bertrand, is quite a character—very kind, welcoming, and always going out of his way for his customers.
The food is good; it's simple but tasty and very affordable. Stop by the terrace opposite the café, have a drink, and you'll feel like you're on vacation.

18/08/2026: This lovely place, which according to reviews satisfied its customers, is unfortunately closed 😔 I suppose it's due to compliance with European standards!!! Meanwhile, junk food is increasingly invading the countryside 😖 I'm fed up

03/02/2024: Une belle découverte !! De l’accueil au dessert en passant par « la galette du moment » agrémenté d’une brochette de calamars tout était délicieux. Un endroit fort sympathique dans ce petit village du Vexin. Nous y retournerons assurément.
