13/06/2024: Dirty room Following our complaint "you are standard"

12/06/2024: The service is minimal: not smiling or attentive, some people at reception lack humility and we seem to be annoying when we ask for something. The "superior" room is attic and has neither terrace nor walk-in shower and you have to climb a staircase to get there unlike the one of the same category on the ground floor: no luck? In the room which is large with a good bed, everything else needs to be reviewed: there is no door to the bathroom, the bed in the middle is under the fire detector which flashes, a lamp indicator light bedside table is on constantly (the other is broken) and makes it difficult to sleep, no espresso machine, small TV and you have to cross the room to wash your hands from the toilet. The breakfast coffee is bland even at maximum strength, no eggs before 8:30 a.m.; is this a joke? The value for money is insufficient. We did not try the restaurants or the SPA.
