Le Jardin Breton
Verneuil-Sur-Seine
14/06/2026: A very pleasant crêperie with a charming, bucolic summer terrace. The galettes and crêpes perfectly complement the setting: delicious and original… (made with quality, local ingredients).
Finally, the owners are just like their establishment: welcoming and friendly.
07/06/2026: Exceptional service and cuisine! Thank you to Magali, Mickeal and the whole team, we will definitely be back very often!

Le Pizza du Dimanche soir
Verneuil-Sur-Seine
30/06/2026: Pizza ordered online. Pick up at the shop. Cook for 10 minutes and voilà, a delicious pizza!
27/06/2026: Still as good as ever, the cooking instructions on the boxes were very practical.

NONNO
Verneuil-Sur-Seine
11/04/2026: We usually get our pizzas here. But tonight, to our great disappointment, we were very disappointed. The bottom of the pizza was burnt… we ordered two identical ones, and both were burnt underneath. A real shame.
28/03/2026: Excellent pizzeria! The pizzas are superb and even the next day they're still just as good.

Sol y Luna
Verneuil-Sur-Seine
01/07/2026: Very disappointed. I sincerely doubt the legitimacy of this restaurant's reputation, which has no basis for such prices. There's nothing creative about the food, and the ingredients are neither well-prepared nor of good quality.
We waited far too long between courses. And the atmosphere on the terrace could be improved; the furniture isn't very inviting.
Positive points: the servers are very friendly, the presentation of the dishes is elegant, and the interior is beautiful.
But everything else is unfortunately negative; the products that are supposed to be homemade are in reality anything but: industrial salad dressing, frozen vegetables cooked IN WATER (?????), industrial whipped cream, tiramisu that had just been defrosted…
What's scandalous is that the menu lists dishes that are clearly no longer available. For example, the starter "Crispy roasted farm-raised goat cheese, spiced blueberries, mixed arugula, toasted almonds, saffron caramel": where were the blueberry spices? The arugula was completely absent; instead, it was just plain lettuce, the kind you might find in a brasserie. I seriously doubt the goat cheese was farm-raised; its flavor was too subtle and didn't really smell like a farm (real farm-raised goat cheese has a strong aroma and flavor). As for the saffron caramel, it was nowhere to be seen. I really don't understand how we ended up with a dish we didn't order.
Regarding the main course, my partner ordered a sirloin steak, which was impossible to chew. He had to abandon it. It's a shame because we hate to waste food.
As for me, my dish was watery; The tarragon sauce was actually a coriander sauce, which nonetheless helped to flavor the vegetables, which, I remind you, were boiled—unbelievable for a restaurant. I had cherry tomatoes in my dish, and I didn't understand why. They were warm because they had absorbed the temperature of the dish.
As for dessert, nothing was homemade and everything was far too sweet.
01/07/2026: This restaurant is overpriced for the quality of the ingredients. The staff tries their best to compensate for the poor food with their cheerfulness and attractive presentation, which is nothing but an illusion.
I absolutely do not recommend it.

Maharaja
Verneuil-Sur-Seine
13/06/2026: A fantastic find in Verneuil-sur-Seine! Delicious, generous, and authentic dishes, prepared with care and bursting with flavor. A warm welcome, attentive service, and a friendly atmosphere make you want to return very soon.
I highly recommend this restaurant.
13/06/2026: My husband and I recently discovered Le Maharaja, and we had a wonderful evening from start to finish.
From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome and were immediately made to feel at ease. The service was impeccable throughout the meal. The staff was attentive, smiling, and professional, without ever being intrusive. We also appreciated the speed of service: we hardly waited between the appetizers, main courses, and desserts, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The restaurant has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You feel comfortable from the very first moment, in a pleasant setting that invites you to fully enjoy your meal.
As for the food, everything was absolutely delicious. Each dish was flavorful and perfectly prepared. The chicken in the Butter Chicken and Chicken Masala was incredibly tender, probably some of the most tender I've ever had in an Indian restaurant. The eggplant dish was also excellent, and the naan was fresh, soft, and perfectly cooked.
We also sampled several drinks. The Mango Lassi was delicious, but my real discovery was the Rose Lassi. It was my first time trying one, and it's now one of my favorites.
The appetizers were equally impressive. I particularly enjoyed the tandoori meat platter and the Samosa Chaat. Everything was flavorful, generous, and beautifully presented. The combination of textures and spices in the Samosa Chaat was especially successful.
The desserts were the perfect finishing touch. We tried the Kulfi, the famous traditional Indian ice cream, as well as the Halwa cake and Kheer, a delicious Indian rice pudding. Everything was excellent. A moment we particularly enjoyed was when the owner explained how the Kulfi is made. It was fascinating to learn more about this traditional specialty, and it perfectly reflects the attention to detail and passion found throughout the restaurant's cuisine.
The portions are also very generous. We left completely satisfied and even took some leftovers home, there were so many delicious things to try.
Paris has many Indian restaurants, but I must honestly say that I have rarely eaten such good Indian food. Between the quality of the dishes, the warm welcome, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail, everything came together to make for a wonderful experience.
Even though we live in Paris and the restaurant is quite far from our usual spot, the trip was absolutely worth it. After this experience, we can say without hesitation that we would gladly make the journey again. In fact, we will be back very, very soon.
A huge thank you to the entire team for this magnificent evening. We highly recommend Le Maharaja to anyone looking for authentic, flavorful Indian cuisine and top-notch service.
