12/05/2024: Pour ma 1° expérience dans un restaurant gastronomique étoilé, c’est un sans faute! La salle est magnifique, l’accueil professionnel et le personnel au petits soins. Contrairement à certains avis concernant le sommelier et responsable de salle, j’ai apprécié son amour du vin et les histoires racontées. Ses accords mets/vins étaient justes. Concernant les plats, on retrouve toute la précision et la finesse de la cheffe. Les amuses-bouches sont un peu minimalistes, mais c’est vraiment un détail. La cheffe Nolwenn Corre est passé en salle après notre repas et nous avons pu échanger avec elle.

on a l'impression que l'on vous fait une faveur de vous accepter pour le repas alors que la proposition de plats n'est pas supérieure a d'autres établissement de même niveau
néanmoins, nous avons bien mangé

Mais concernant les vins au verre conseillés par le sommelier, nous avons regretté qu’il ne nous le fasse pas goûter préalablement, qu’il ne donne pas le nom du vin ( nous ne connaissions que la région et le cépage, or nous aurions souhaité aussi voir l’étiquette) et que chaque verre soit facturé forfaitairement 12€, montant trop élevé pour les vins servis.
19/05/2024: Très bon moment entre amis. La vue est splendide et l’accueil très sympathique.
Nous avons très bien mangé, conseillés par le sommelier en accord mets vins au top.

Restaurant à recommander. Le petit plus les commodités sont très propres.

Really mixed impression, beautiful place, polite and discreet service, however disappointment with the cuisine and the prices charged
menu for 130 euros with food and wine pairing for 80 euros
the portions are really very very small, for example the asparagus from the torches, there were three small pieces, not even a whole asparagus!!!!!
overcooked poultry, and to finish a rhubarb dessert with a vanilla insert, much too stuck to the gelatin, really not good. for the rest the tastes are there, but it lacks relief
So yes, I have very mixed feelings about this restaurant, compared to other Michelin-starred restaurants in Finistère.

25/05/2024: We went here for dinner in May.
It was just superb. My wife is vegetarian and we mentioned that when we made our reservation. No topic, the boss thinks about something, was the answer. That's exactly how it was. We were both absolutely thrilled with all the courses. For example, there were oyster ravioli, goose liver nougat, quail breast... Unfortunately we could only come once. The price was really reasonable for what was offered. We can only recommend Le Flaveur.
14/05/2024: Excellent food, very good presentation, friendly and competent service and selected wines. All at moderate prices - a gem in Concarneau. However, it takes time and a little patience. But it's worth it. We would like to come again.
