23/05/2024: La cocagne c'est des plats différents chaque soir dont au moins une solution végétarienne et ça c'est top ! En plus, c'est très bon, le lieu cosy et le service adorable.
Selon wikipédia, il paraîtrait que la cocagne est une sorte de paradis terrestre, une contrée miraculeuse où la nature déborde de générosité pour ses habitants et ses hôtes. Je vous confirme donc que c'est bien vrai.
16/04/2024: Friendly menu. The atmosphere is super pleasant. We were able to eat outside on the terrace.
A very good choice of craft beers perfect for an aperitif.
Prices are correct. The dishes are plentiful.

03/04/2024: A good cork, the classic and expected dishes...The famous steak with mousse butter, highly anticipated and particularly recommended by many customers, disappointed me a little in terms of tenderness, a nice nerve was subtly invited in the middle of this beautiful tasty meat...too bad. otherwise, good classic starters, snout salad and veal trotter salad, both very good, excellent orange tart, but a Crozes-Hermitage a little "weak" at 12°5...Relaxed "Bouchon" style atmosphere , so nice!

27/04/2024: De passage sur Lyon avec des amis , nous avons longuement recherché une petit restaurant pour passer un bon moment .
Nous avons donc choisi Le Gabion , et nous avons passer un excellent moment , que ce soit les plats raffinés , l’ambiance ou bien la convivialité et le professionnalisme du personnel .
Une très bonne adresse que je recommande grandement .
PS : j’ai du mal à comprendre certains commentaires ..
27/04/2024: Passing through Lyon with friends, we looked for a long time for a small restaurant to have a good time.
We therefore chose Le Gabion, and we had an excellent time, whether it was the refined dishes, the atmosphere or the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.
A very good address that I highly recommend.

31/03/2024: Eeeeeexcellent surprise menu concocted by a caring, very friendly chef! Big crush on the second starter of the 5-course menu! Other fabulous dishes too.
Frame well. Top service, chic and discreet as we like them.
Cheeses, basic but excellent, but basic... Big fan of cheeses, I always hope to be able to discover new varieties.

05/04/2024: Perfect! How did we not know that there was a little wonder 10 minutes walk from our house? Very pleasant welcome, impeccable service, delicious menu from start to finish. Quality over quantity, and that's great. I enjoyed the pea velouté, delicate and surprising. The fish of the day and the polenta were perfectly balanced, and the cheesecake delighted me. We will come back regularly!

01/04/2024: I celebrated my birthday at Briey! It was great ! No complaints. Boss and boss at the top and welcoming.
The kitchen is very good.
Everything is excellent.
If you are looking for a warm and human place with quality cuisine, go for it!

06/04/2024: Wonderful evening, we had the tasting menu (2 starters, 2 main courses, 2 desserts) with the food and wine pairing 5 glasses. All the dishes were a surprise with a balance of flavors! Special mention for the sommelier and his selection 🍷

Address a little away on foot (2.5 km) from the center of Lyon but it is worth the detour.

Despite everything it's good but nothing exceptional especially for an additional cost of €6 Vs the menu for 4 small scallops….
Excellent service and there is no signage to find the restaurant from the outside...

17/05/2024: There are places like this that give you confidence in the future! There are places like “la tablée” made of simple pleasures, excellent, well-mastered products. There are restaurateurs (not that many unfortunately) like "Adrien" who seeks and offers local, fair trade products at reasonable prices, who seeks sharing...
Go there with your eyes closed, for the wines by the glass that Adrien will introduce you to, for the surprise of the petnat, for the regressive pleasure of the Raviole gratin, for the entrecôte which can easily be confused with butter as it is so tender, for tataki, gravlax... What a great discovery! Thanks thanks thanks!
