27/08/2024: Davvero ottimo. Piatti tutti molto buoni con una menzione particolare per le entree davvero a livello stellato per presentazione e gusto. Servizio super cortese e simpatico e nota di merito l’aver prontamente sostituito un calice di vino rotto inavvertitamente con uno nuovo e pieno . Conto corretto per il cibo ed il servizio proposto
16/08/2024: Les saveurs de ce restaurant, ce sont, dans l’ordre de mes préférences, un excellent accueil et de la bonne humeur, une nourriture savoureuse et raffinée, de l’humour en veux-tu en voilà et, ce qui est rare ici à Lyon, et surtout dans ce quartier (ça y est, je l’ai dit !!) un excellent rapport qualité prix. Merci aux Saveurs du Bistrot et à bientôt !

A very nice discovery that is worth the detour!
23/08/2024: I signed up in May to get here in August. The dishes are served very beautifully, but their taste is ordinary, I can’t say that it was very tasty. Looks a lot like an overly promoted place.

12/09/2024: Le Largo is, in my opinion, the best meat restaurant in Lyon, and believe me, as a regular on the Lyon gastronomic scene, I have tried a few! The quality of the meat is simply exceptional, tender and flavorful every time. A must for meat lovers – on the other hand, vegetarians, move on, this is the kingdom of prime rib! Impeccable service, friendly atmosphere and a guaranteed culinary experience. Not to be missed
07/09/2024: Exceptional, from starter to dessert, even coffee!
We chose the secreto and the duo of pâté en croute as a starter, the secreto literally tastes good in your mouth...
Then a tasting of matured meats, Aubrac and Salers, presented in the window by the staff, then cut and brought back to the table before cooking... red wine chosen by the glass, roast side, and Saint Joseph are no longer to be presented!
The desserts were also very good!
In short, a taste experience where you launch with your eyes closed!

10/07/2024: Je m’attendais pas à grands choses en rejoignant ce lieu, je repars en n’ayant rien trouvé !
Les plats manquent d’assaisonnement et de travail , la décoration en salle est un peu fade.
Les prix sont corrects pour l’emplacement.
Le service et les serveurs sont irréprochables et avec le sourire.
Peut être que le chef n’était pas inspiré ce jour.

09/08/2024: Amazing experience from start to finish. Staff well dressed and kind. I have no words to describe the food experience: elegant, a perfect mix of flavors, the best ravioli in the world, dessert that “explodes” in your mouth and an amazing selection of wine. Personally, the best restaurant in the world. Well done Chef Roure and wife!

04/09/2024: Great food, however some dishes seem too much sauce ( soy sauce), can’t really taste the flavor/ freshness of the meat itself. We had a great time here, but would probably want to try some other Michelin restaurants next time.
28/08/2024: Excellent cuisine, the sauces are divine, the service is very pleasant. My. wife is very critical and I assure you she loved it. Well done to the whole team, we will come back.

16/08/2024: Unfortunately, this was not a good experience for us. I can’t decide if this place is a tourist trap or just a mediocre local restaurant. We started with a Pâté de Campagne, which was nicely served with some pickled cucumbers. While it was very local and quite tasty, our enjoyment ended there.
The main dishes, Octopus tentacles and Entrecôte, were mediocre at best and could have been served at an amusement park. The seafood was greasy, and the steak was overcooked and bland. While we left no longer hungry, there was nothing memorable about the meal or the experience. Sadly, this place fell far short of expectations.
11/06/2024: We arrived late but were made to feel very welcome. The dish of the day, long-cooked loin, its small vegetables and its puree were frankly delicious and plentiful. Thank you for this very pleasant moment 😃. We recommend it!!
