Excellent pizzas, fresh, high-quality ingredients, delicious dough, and the vegetarian/vegan options are truly inspired recipes, offering a tasteful blend of originality and classic. For drinks, you'll find both local and regional Italian options, and the homemade desserts are all worth trying ;) And if you'd like something other than pizza, the salads are hearty and prepared with the same care as everything else on the menu. A lovely terrace for sunny days and top-notch service make you feel truly welcome. Definitely one of my favorite spots :)

Definitely worth the trip. After a Margherita marathon all over Nantes, this is clearly the best Neapolitan pizzeria in town. Impeccable Italian ingredients are used in the menu, which features delicious classics and specialties. I recommend it everywhere, and the feedback is the same; we've been coming back for 10 years now!

Yes, I'm a shopkeeper in the neighborhood, yes, I know the owner, but yes, I also worked in the food industry for eight years. The biggest challenge with pizza is the cooking. Depending on the choice of ingredients, the timing of the preparation, the oven temperature, and the cooking time, your dish can be a disaster or a masterpiece. 10:10 p.m. Saturday night, Fête de la Musique (Music Festival), heatwave, packed terrace. I approach to greet the owner and see if I can order a takeaway pizza. Of course, the answer is yes. I make my choice while watching the flurry of activity from the team in the kitchen and serving, while an employee takes the time to inflate two balloons for a child and his little sister. I'm served after 8-10 minutes, even though the terrace is full. I head home, indulging my sense of smell. I can't wait to open the box and dig in. Fifteen minutes later, I'm there. I open it, slice it, and dig in a wedge. Amazing. All the flavors are there! Often, the heat overwhelms the flavors. Here, my pizza is delicious. The wonderful taste of pepper, real cheese, and basil. This combination of gorgonzola, basil, and black pepper is incredible, with all the flavors instantly recognizable. This was my first 180g experience. It certainly won't be my last. Thank you and congratulations to the whole team. Michel's brother! 😉
