So cute and romantic. We had a very pleasant lunch at this restaurant; the food was delicious, the view breathtaking, and the service impeccable. Free parking on the narrow street.

Fantastic restaurant!!! The staff is welcoming and very friendly. We hadn't made a reservation and there were eight of us. Almost all the tables were reserved; in other restaurants we would have had to leave, but here, they immediately tried to find a solution and we were able to get a seat. The food is excellent!!! I personally had the fresh ravioli with burrata and basil sauce. It was one of the best dishes of my life. Beautifully presented and delicious 😋, I highly recommend it. The restaurant is very clean. The restrooms are unique and spotless. It's a friendly and comfortable setting with a view of the valley and the mountains. The homemade lemonade is simply divine! Honestly, I think it's one of the best restaurants in Corsica. I highly recommend it!!!

A wonderful discovery! The setting is magnificent, with a truly incredible view that makes the meal even more enjoyable. The menu showcases local produce, and it shows in every bite: everything was delicious, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The welcome was warm and the service pleasant. An excellent restaurant in the charming village of Oletta!

A spontaneous visit on a Saturday evening in early June. We had a lovely time enjoying traditional Corsican cuisine and excellent PDO butter from Poitou-Charentes...!!!! 👍😉 The location is great and offers a magnificent view. Best of luck to our hosts and their entrepreneurial spirit.

We were delighted to stumble upon this restaurant by chance; the setting is superb and we ate very well (the ricotta and mint omelet was excellent). Furthermore, the welcome and service were impeccable.

17/08/2026: A perfect stay We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The staff were fantastic, always smiling, available, and attentive. The decor is magnificent, elegant, and tasteful. The pool is superb and very pleasant, and the breakfast was truly delicious with plenty of choice. A truly wonderful place where you immediately feel at home. We highly recommend this hotel and will gladly return! 😊

The place is simply magnificent: a true haven of peace, steeped in history and charm, where every detail invites relaxation. The tranquility that reigns there is precious and makes the stay even more enjoyable. A huge thank you to Victoria and her entire team for their exceptional welcome. Their kindness, their helpfulness, and their invaluable advice allowed us to discover Saint-Florent and Oletta at their most beautiful. You can feel that they deeply love their region and that they take pleasure in sharing it. It's the kind of place you leave with a little pang of sadness, already promising yourself you'll come back.
