Very warm welcome, good cuisine and ideal location for visiting Cap Corse and the Agriates desert as far as Île Rousse.

14/09/2024: Un menu appétissant pour fêter notre anniversaire de mariage. Accueil chaleureux, cadre exceptionnel. Menu comprenant les produits du terroir. Au top du début à la fin. Apéritif fait maison ainsi que le digestif. La cuisinière aux petits soins avec les clients. A recommander.

30/08/2024: Abbiamo cenato qui su prenotazione. Il posto è delizioso, il personale molto attento e il servizio davvero buono. La zuppa corsa è molto molto buona, il maialino perfetto con carne morbidissa. Cocktail ok. Dolce al limone così così.

13/09/2024: Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante ed abbiamo mangiato benissimo e tutto freschissimo , il menù è tipico corso ,l’uva presa direttamente dal loro pergolato.
Il servizio è ottimo e fanno di tutto per capire l’italiano con una bella risata 😀 i cani sono ben accetti.. che dire ci torneremo

18/09/2024: A real treat, Corsican gastronomy with a cuisine that sublimates high quality farm products, great generosity on the plates, a warm welcome, a pleasant and efficient waitress... it's a pleasure from start to finish .. the house charcuterie is tasty, the veal with melting olives, the deliciously fragrant brocciu cannelloni, the light and tasty donuts, the chestnut fondant finishes off this delicious meal with careful presentation.. an unmissable address.

28/09/2024: Class! Everyone here is highly motivated and doing a great job. Compliment. From the kitchen to the service.
We had the Corsican menu and can only recommend it. It's a shame that we stay so short, otherwise we would have definitely tried the pizza, which looked delicious and inviting.

25/09/2024: Advised by a friend, we passed by at 11:30 a.m. and thought it was closed. But a member of staff who was there confirmed to us that it was open. On the other hand, it was better to book. Simple card. The kids went for pasta. The adults between Burger (in Pan bagnat type bread), Sautéed Veal (with polenta) and Canelloni with Broccio: all the dishes were not only very very good but also generously garnished. We came away won over, and indeed, at a quarter past twelve, places were difficult to find.
The service was attentive, and we were among friends so we didn't pay particular attention to the atmosphere. Some original aperitifs.

27/08/2024: Nous avons sollicité le service à emporter à peu par hasard. Posés sur la plage, nous cherchions de quoi déjeuner rapidement. Après un échange téléphonique très sympathique, la commande a été préparée en 20 minutes chrono. Le choix est large, il y en a pour tous les goûts et tous les budgets, de la finger food au burger plus élaboré. Tout est préparé/conditionné pour être consommé sur le pouce, même assis sur une serviette face à la mer. Les produits sont excellents, nous avons dévoré nos wraps/burgers/hot dogs. En résumé, excellent rapport qualité/prix, foncez y si vous passez vos vacances à Moriani !

06/09/2024: En montant vers Venaco pour rejoindre notre étape, nous avons traversé le petit village de Vivario... où un panneau avec inscrit "cuisine au brasero" m'a interpellé. Le soir, au moment de choisir un endroit où se restaurer, ce panneau m'est revenu en mémoire. Je n'avais pas noté le nom de l'établissement mais Google Street m'a permis de l'identifier. Déjà au téléphone, lorsque j'ai appelé pour réserver — tardivement de surcroit —, l'accueil fut chaleureux. Impression confirmée sur place ! Nous nous sommes régalés d'une nourriture saine à base de produits régionaux et d'une délicieuse grillade... au braséro donc, cuite de main de maître par Jean-Pierre lui-même et en personne !
06/09/2024: Meat was freshly grilled but unfortunately there was not much beef on the skewer and it wasn't exactly tender either.
Add a few leaves of lettuce and some potatoes.
Together with a 0.25 cola and a double espresso for € 25,-
Staff is nice and the coffee was very good
I travel a lot around the world... I know what an island price is, but I've also eaten cheaper and better on islands... but also worse... So I don't recommend it, but I don't regret it either

Étant plutôt exigeante, je peux vous dire que c’était très bon! Les 2 entrées le plat et le dessert excellents ( juste le fromage pas à mon goût 😅). Vous ne ressortirez jamais avec la faim! Le personnel est parfait et le lieu magnifique. A privilégier une table en extérieur bien sûr en été. Merci à l’équipe de « Chez Edgard ».
28/09/2024: Au top! Une équipe de professionnels qui sait exactement quoi faire pour ravir le client. Un patron à l’hospitalité sans faille ! Un cadre et une cuisine magnifique !!! Un incontournable de la balagne!!! Merci pour tout et un grand bravo à votre affaire familiale où il n’y a rien à reprocher ! Le cochon de lait à la broche était dingue ! La soupe, le gratin de pommes de terre, les desserts…enfin tout était à tomber !!!
