The wait for the dish was just a tad "too long"... but considering the quality of the food in terms of value for money, I highly recommend it. It was my first time there, and as someone who regularly enjoys good cuts of meat, I found the selection, the flavor, and the quality excellent... what more could you ask for? Honestly, I'll be back sooner than expected 😋

Absolutely flawless! For meat lovers, this is the place to be in Épinal. The quality (and quantity!) of the food is simply exceptional. The cooking was absolutely perfect, exactly as ordered. The Iberian ham as an appetizer is a must. The homemade desserts are also delicious. Beyond the food itself, we received excellent advice on wine pairings. The service is impeccable and attentive. A big thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and friendliness. The chef came to the dining room at the end of service; it's always a pleasure to chat, he's clearly passionate about his work. Beautiful terrace. You can go without hesitation!

I was blown away by the quality of the food. Simple, but the flavor was amazing, and the meat was top-notch. Even the desserts were truly homemade; we thoroughly enjoyed them. A restaurant specializing in beef dishes in the center of Épinal. Extensive selection of steaks. Cozy yet modern atmosphere. Authentic local clientele. Two dishes from the daily specials: The "Terrine de queue de bœf et foie gras" (13.50) consisted of two generous slices of a well-balanced and thankfully not over-seasoned oxtail terrine, each with a small piece of foie gras. It was served with a small green salad dressed with a pleasantly tangy vinaigrette. The "Paleron du bœuf" (24.50) was a succulent piece of beef, slow-cooked for six hours at a low temperature. It was incredibly tender and could have been cut without a knife. Very flavorful, thanks in part to the intense, aromatic sauce. It was served with a generous portion of mashed potatoes. The house Côtes-du-Rhône wine was a perfect accompaniment. A friendly team that works together seamlessly and precisely. Highly recommended, not least because of the excellent value for money! Making a reservation is advisable.
