You must arrive promptly at 8:00 PM, and from then on, you will discover original and delicious dishes. The show can begin; your taste buds and memory will be tested, as it is very rare for a restaurant of this caliber to surprise you with such a variety of flavors and textures. You'll only want to return with a new menu. The menu is unique, changing monthly, and consists of seven courses. Enjoy it with glasses of wine. Champagne is served upon arrival, and a cocktail is offered with one of the desserts. Truly exceptional. You must experience this chef and his wife, who share their concept with such warmth and passion.

A truly original and exceptional evening: incredible dishes prepared by Chef Anthony, a festive atmosphere thanks to Isabelle, surprises and little games throughout the evening. Everything was exquisite from start to finish, especially the turbot, the excellent brioches, and the rhubarb mille-feuille. 30/04/2026: I came in, looked at the menu, and asked the waiter, named Albert Robert du Lac, for a good French taco, and they threw me out... :( I was sad because I didn't understand. The French taco is a CLASSIC of French cuisine :D But I'm giving it 5 stars because they politely asked me to leave :D

01/05/2026: A tiny restaurant with a very big experience. The meal is a complete surprise, the dishes are pre-packaged and come to the table in order. Small dishes, almost a bite with alternating flavors. The place uses fresh spices in unusual combinations. Butter with rosemary, fish bites in a special way and millions of beef in a fragrant sauce. I enjoyed every moment, I decided in advance to come back again for the new menu.

You probably won't believe what you'll get fornthe price particularly at lunch time with the incredible set menu. I have been going to 975 since their opening back in the 17th arrondisement, and they are constantly delivering an exceptional gastonomic food, for a fraction of price of even a brasserie. 17/04/2026: What a wonderful discovery! Flawless from start to finish, down to the smallest detail: the coffee and tea were also excellent, and there was no unpleasant aftertaste to spoil the lunch. The crêpes offered by this establishment are beautifully presented and delicious. They are also served quickly. Worth noting: the tasteful vintage decor inside, the terrace on a quiet street, and the very professional staff with a great sense of humor and friendliness. Excellent value for money!
