I don't know what happened. But the dishes didn't look like the photos in the reviews. The food was okay, nothing special. The staff, however, were very friendly.

We came to La Fleur de Sel hoping to experience a bit of the Breton atmosphere in the Champagne region. The setting is pleasant and unique, featuring a pond and a small bridge outside. While the overall look felt a little cluttered, it does give the place a distinct identity. We also appreciated the owner's kindness; he took the time to tell us the restaurant's history. As for the meal, we were disappointed. The galette we ordered didn't resemble a true buckwheat galette, and we didn't find it particularly tasty. The salad also lacked variety in its vegetables. We were also surprised by the water, which, in our opinion, smelled like bleach. To end on a positive note, the ice cream served was good. We also commend the restaurant's initiative in employing people with disabilities to introduce them to careers in the restaurant industry.

We had an absolutely incredible dinner here! The portions were massive and completely outshined the pictures. The food was delicious, and the waitstaff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Our group of 12 had a wonderful experience at À la Fleur de Sel! The staff were incredibly accommodating, and our server was so patient and kind. Since only one person in our group spoke French (and it was their second language), they made every effort to help us feel welcome and understood. The food was fantastic, and the traditional crêpes were absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. We couldn't have asked for a better dining experience. Highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for authentic crêpes and exceptional hospitality!
