This isn't the Schtouwa we used to know. There weren't enough vegetables with the hanger steak, so we ordered a salad on the side. The steak seems smaller since the change of ownership, and the shallot sauce must be a pre-packaged (gelatinous) mix. The dining room was half empty; perhaps it's the holidays, but maybe customers are going elsewhere. Get your act together.

A big thank you to the chef who always manages to serve me a delicious and generous escalope with cream and mushroom sauce (if I could have eaten more, given the generous portion, I would have mopped up every last drop)! Thanks also to the waitresses who always have a smile on their faces, even when the customers aren't smiling! A great way to fill up between shopping trips ;)

24/10/2026: Hello to the Management 🫡🇫🇷🫡 What can I say about your establishment 🤔? A warm welcome 😊 with a smile that's always a pleasure before ordering and taking a seat at a table 🤗 Once the order was placed, the service was quick so we could enjoy the crepes with a small bowl of cider. A) I observe 🫪 B) I note 🫣 C) I analyze 😬 Frankly, I feel comfortable in your establishment for one simple reason 🤔 The cleanliness is exemplary 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Clean tables 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Clean chairs 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Clean floor 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Several power outlets available for mobile phones 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I would like to highlight Yousra and Linda for their smiles, kindness, and expertise in running this crêperie, which deserves to be better known and to thrive. Thriving in this beautiful region of Colmar 🫡🇫🇷🫡 Regarding the choice of crêpes, there's plenty to choose from, and above all, the desire to spend time enjoying a crêpe 🥞, tasting, and savoring 😋 being with family. Congratulations to Yousra and Linda, and keep up the great work of true professionalism 💪. Looking forward to coming back... 🫡🇫🇷🫡
