A La Schtouwa Brasserie Bar PMU sur Houssen

This isn't the Schtouwa we used to know. There weren't enough vegetables with the hanger steak, so we ordered a salad on the side. The steak seems smaller since the change of ownership, and the shallot sauce must be a pre-packaged (gelatinous) mix. The dining room was half empty; perhaps it's the holidays, but maybe customers are going elsewhere. Get your act together.

A big thank you to the chef who always manages to serve me a delicious and generous escalope with cream and mushroom sauce (if I could have eaten more, given the generous portion, I would have mopped up every last drop)! Thanks also to the waitresses who always have a smile on their faces, even when the customers aren't smiling! A great way to fill up between shopping trips ;)
