WOW! We arrived after a 32km hike on the Urbain V trail. We were so hot and exhausted. What a wonderful discovery! My luggage was already waiting for me in the room (which was air-conditioned, too!), so I didn't even have to carry it up. What a lovely little touch after such a long day! Dinner was delicious and the welcome was so warm: I highly recommend it! 🥰

Excellent meal at Le Sarrasin restaurant! Delicious, generous portions, bursting with flavor. A big thank you to the waiter for his warm welcome and kindness, and to the chef for the quality of the food. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. 29/04/2026: We were delighted to discover this simple and welcoming place. The medieval setting is charming, especially out of season; it's a real treat. The menu is well-designed, with tasty and healthy cuisine (local and organic produce). We had a wonderful time.
