31/03/2024: We loved our dinner at Juveniles! It is a very small restaurant, with fabulous food and attentive friendly service. The lamb and chicken were cooked perfectly and the spring asparagus was lovely. As a wine bar they also offer many terrific wines by the glass and have a nice, affordable wine list. On this trip, we also ate dinner at the acclaimed Bistro Paul Bert and while that was good, Juveniles was better!

22/03/2024: Best lamb I’ve ever had. The sauce and crispy skin were divine. Such a cute little spot. Would definitely return and recommend.

05/04/2024: The very friendly waiter offered me excellent vegan and vegetarian options despite the fact that the menu is entirely composed of meat or fish. I chose a marinated tofu burger with braised eggplant. It was absolutely delicious. The marinade was original and elaborate, very Japanese. The prices are very affordable if you take into account the quality and quantity of the portions served. Top notch service! The chef even came to the table to ask our opinion. I will come back very soon!

01/04/2024: Quiet environment, very close to the Louvre. Correct and friendly service. Good price, quality and quantity. We really liked the food with Thai touches!! We had the masala curry and a hot salad, the tofu balls were delicious. The dessert is not seen in the photo, we had the lemon cake, delicious. To drink lemonade and a beer. They give you water (from the tap) without asking and in fact they asked us if we wanted to drink something as adults, a detail. Total we paid 54 euros. Very good. Recommended.

25/03/2024: I was served by a very kind and smiling lady. The dishes were delicious and perfectly cooked. I had gluten-free dishes and it wasn't noticeable at all. The chocolate cream didn't convince me, after all it's a personal taste. I rarely come because with the starter, main course and dessert, it costs around thirty euros. The quality is worth it, obviously. The frame too. But that’s not in my daily budget for my lunch break. In short, a real pleasure when I come 🥰

04/04/2024: Very warm welcome, very friendly restaurant (friendly owner and waiter), as well as our American table neighbors, great encounters. You absolutely have to stop at this little restaurant for this famous cassoulet 😋 If we go back through Castelnaudary, obligatory stop at Ptit Moka 👍 Don't hesitate to stop there, you won't be disappointed. 30/03/2024: Everything was very delicious and we are used to eat Brazilian dishes frequently. Great Picanha, farofa, etc and cocos/banana dessert was delicious. Liked also the Brazilian beer and Caipirinhas.

02/04/2024: Very pleasant little place. Going in I thought their small dishes at large prices were a bit far-fetched but the portion of a small dish plus side was quite satisfying. Plus, a nice surprise: seasonal cuisine, natural and healthy, delicious. Pleasant atmosphere and attentive staff. A little extra for the music playlist.

28/03/2024: I stumbled across this restaurant online when trying to find a restaurant that’s open on a Monday and serves escargot - as my boyfriend has never tried it before and wanted some before we left. We are so happy we found this place! The interior of the restaurant felt like home. It was intimate, cozy and comfortable. The service was amazing. The menu was in French but the man (whom I assume is also the owner) who served us was able to translate and tell us all about the menu. The chef even came and checked on all the guests. They were so sweet to bring out the dessert and sang happy birthday to my boyfriend. It made the evening incredibly special for us. Thank you ♥️ For our starters, we ordered the mussels in butter and parsley on top of lettuce and the escargot. Both were phenomenal! For our main, we got the beef in black pepper sauce (it’s got a nice kick to it) and the stuffed rolled chicken. Again, delicious. For dessert was get the tarta tatin. A bit sweet for me but it was tasty. My boyfriend was singing praises for the food which is rare. If and when we come back to Marseille, this would be one of the first few places we will return to. Tip: Make a reservation. As we witnessed many walk-ins being turned away because they were full.
