A pleasant surprise! With only two people in the dining room, the service ran like clockwork, and was friendly and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will gladly return.

A very warm welcome, a lovely restaurant, friendly service, and efficient staff. Beautiful, generous, and high-quality dishes. Just one star less, I find it a shame to charge extra for salad when it should be included in the meal.

Excellent meal, hardly any wait despite being busy. We had two beers, sirloin steak with maître d'hôtel butter, and kidneys with Spätzle. For dessert, crème brûlée and coffee, and panna cotta with rhubarb and strawberry compote. The restaurant was very clean; highly recommended.

For years, I've stopped at L'Arbre Vert every time I visit my mother in Alsace, and it's always a real pleasure. The welcome is exceptional; Valérie is simply wonderful, and you immediately sense her true professionalism. The food is magnificent, consistently high-quality, and remarkably consistent.
