A l'oriental sur Strasbourg

We had the pleasure of discovering Zouhir's restaurant for lunch, and what a wonderful discovery it was! Like a world-famous song, it can sometimes be difficult to appreciate the same track when covered by another artist. However, Zouhir helped us rediscover the full flavor of an exceptional couscous: homemade minty meatballs, chicken thighs so tender they practically fall off the bone, flavorful vegetables... and so much more! À l'Oriental is a true institution, to be enjoyed on-site or to take away, as you prefer. A huge thank you for your warm welcome and exceptional service. One of our colleagues can't tolerate semolina, and Zouhir spontaneously offered to prepare spaghetti for him. A lovely gesture that speaks volumes about the restaurant's commitment to service. Don't wait any longer, go for it! :) And for coffee lovers: try the fresh mint tea... a delight for the taste buds!

Really very good, very reasonable price and the guy is super friendly.

Excellent couscous, generous and full of flavor! Warm service, attentive staff and friendly atmosphere, I highly recommend it.

Excellent couscous, generously served. The owner is very friendly. A great place to eat.

Best couscous in Strasbourg! We regularly get it for takeout; the portions are generous and the service is excellent!

I highly recommend this restaurant: the welcome is very warm, the atmosphere is pleasant, and of course, the couscous is excellent!! I will gladly return 😊
