We hadn't been back to this restaurant for two years due to moving. The food is always excellent. We started with a delicate and original amuse-bouche. Don't miss the exceptional sweetbreads. The chef makes your mouth water as he presents his dishes, and the maître d'hôtel meticulously ensures everyone's comfort. Thank you for this moment of pure bliss! Agnès and Patrick.

I've been following the chef since California Grill and Cuisine TV. I was very eager to see him again 20 years after my last meal there. Upon arrival, the chef himself greeted us and, given the lovely weather, suggested we sit on the charming patio. The menu and daily specials were presented on a chalkboard. Everything looked tempting, making it difficult to choose. I opted for the salmon gravlax and the sweetbreads. For dessert, I had a chocolate mille-feuille. The aperitif was served with magnificent gougères flavored with Espelette pepper. I ordered a glass of white wine to accompany my meal. The menu is concise but of high quality. The waitress was efficient, friendly, and quick. The courses kept coming, and it was almost with regret that the meal came to an end. At the end, the chef happily posed for a souvenir photo. A wonderful experience, and a great find for those in the area. My only desire is to come back and take the cooking classes offered by the chef.

I'm giving it a 4-star rating because, frankly, we hadn't even finished lunch before the staff started mopping the kitchen floor, leaving an unbearable detergent smell. For me, that's unacceptable. Furthermore, there were no hand towels in the restrooms, which is disappointing for an establishment of this reputation. I hope this will be rectified on our next visit. Thank you in advance.

Family meal Cozy, quiet place with a lovely atmosphere and an open kitchen, allowing you to watch the chef cook. Good welcome and good service. We were a little disappointed by some dishes, particularly the sole meunière, which was quite dry, and the undercooked risotto. The cocktails were also rather disappointing overall, and the strawberry soup was tasteless (the strawberries were bland). Given the price of the dishes, we expected a higher quality experience. It's a shame because the concept is very good. But the prices are exorbitant; they should offer a set menu, even on weekends. Thank you.

Superb cuisine. A very varied and original menu. The ingredients are excellent and the atmosphere very pleasant. The prices are indeed high, but entirely consistent with the experience from the food to the service.

A lovely family moment. The welcome and service throughout the meal were very natural, warm, and genuine. The home cooking was excellent!
