Very clean and welcoming establishment

The reception team is absolutely outstanding: friendly, professional, multilingual, and always ready to help with advice or services. A warm welcome that makes all the difference and immediately sets the tone for a pleasant stay. The hotel is perfectly located just steps from the Grande Arche and the business district, in a modern and secure area. I will definitely return on my next trip to Paris!

I arrived at the Adagio Access completely by chance on New Year's Eve. Paris was gridlocked between La Défense and the city center because of the fireworks, it was late, and I booked this hotel simply for one night… planning to leave the next day for another hotel in the 17th arrondissement. In the end, I stayed. And if I extended my stay, it wasn't by chance: it was solely thanks to the exceptional team at the Adagio Access. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness of the staff. At reception, Anna, Luisa, Tom, David, Amélie, as well as Yaya Kharroubi, the team manager's assistant, and Mr. François Baudry, the manager, perfectly embody what hospitality truly means. This team works together wonderfully: everyone is attentive, available, smiling, efficient, and deeply humane. The atmosphere is warm and genuine, and you immediately feel at home. My 8-year-old daughter felt completely safe, cared for, and valued. She didn't want to leave. The staff took the time to print out drawings for her, lend her colored pencils, offer her Nutella crepes, and watch over her with great tenderness when I had to step away for a few moments. The complimentary Nespresso coffees, the small daily touches, the constant smiles… everything counts, and everything makes a difference. This feeling isn't just mine: I spoke with another guest at reception who told me he had only come for four nights and extended his stay for exactly the same reasons: the professionalism, kindness, and exceptional welcome of the team. The Adagio Access isn't just a hotel. It's a welcoming, reassuring, and warm place, run by a remarkable team. Thank you to each and every one of you for your commitment, your heart, and your professionalism. You leave a rare and precious legacy.

The hotel is very well located. The staff is excellent, and the team is very attentive. I received a very warm welcome from Amélie, Tom, and Louisa. I disagree with most of the negative reviews. It's certainly not a luxury establishment, but the value for money is quite satisfactory. As for my stay, everything went very well.

Its biggest advantage is its location...the rooms are old, the bedding is very average

Luckily, I didn't rely solely on the written reviews. This hotel is welcoming; I had a room with a kitchenette and a large balcony. Everything was clean and provided for a peaceful two-night stay. It was quiet, overlooking the courtyard, and the bed was comfortable. And the breakfast was a delight—plenty of choice and high quality. I'll definitely be back; it's very close to La Défense. 🤩 Best of luck! 😉
