30/06/2026: A perfectly located and welcoming spot. The atmosphere is friendly and the place has a real identity, with its vinyl records and portraits of musicians hanging on the wall. The servers are very polite and helpful; everyone is on a first-name basis, making you feel like part of the family. I ordered their specialty, couscous. Delicious, perfectly seasoned, a real treat! I highly recommend it.

14/04/2026: The service was excellent, the waiter was lovely, but unfortunately, the food was disappointing. It's the first time in my life I've ever tasted bland chicken curry and butter chicken (the butter chicken was even very sweet, which is unusual for this type of dish). I don't know if the flavors have been adapted to a more "white" clientele or if it's always the same level of spice and heat? This isn't authentic Indian cuisine, and it shows in every bite. There was very little flavor, it wasn't very aromatic, which never happens to me in any Indian restaurant. The cheese naan was "cheese" in name only; it was very stingy with cheese, much to my disappointment. The rice was good, but it wasn't enough to make up for the blandness of the dishes. It's worth noting that in most restaurants, rice is included with the meat dish, but not here; you have to order it as an extra (and therefore increase the bill). I found the bill really expensive for portions that weren't very generous either. In short: the staff is attentive and very friendly, but the bill is steep for bland food... I really wanted to give it a good rating, which is a shame. If you don't like strongly flavored food and often find it "too spicy," you might like this restaurant. But it's not authentic Indian cuisine like I've had elsewhere.

The welcome was warm, the service impeccable and attentive without being intrusive. As for the food, it was flawless: the dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. Upon arrival, we informed the server, who did everything to ensure a quick and smooth experience, which it was. The drinks to accompany the delicious dishes were fantastic. Go there, it's truly excellent and a great way to support career transitions.

26/06/2026: This crêperie is a hidden gem in the neighborhood. The crêpes are excellent, and the staff is lovely. Everything is homemade with love; you can really taste it. The menu is incredibly varied, with something for everyone. It's the kind of place you'll enjoy coming back to regularly without ever getting tired of it.

12/06/2026: **Getting ripped off at lunchtime 🫒😅** Tried it today at La Verrière in Boulogne. Verdict? A complete rip-off. I tried the chicken and mozzarella croque monsieur for €15.90. Frankly, it was bland and dry. Inside, the chicken tenders were cut so perfectly, down to the millimeter, that the industrial tray was practically opened in a hurry. Zero effort, wasted zucchini, a completely invisible béchamel sauce, and no seasoning whatsoever. The only positive point was the Poilâne bread: a nice gray crumb, nice and crusty, but it doesn't make a meal. To top it all off, the salad is… extra! Add a half-pint of flat beer (obviously from the end of the keg), and you end up with a total of €23.59 for two pieces of bread and three vacuum-packed pieces of chicken. In football jargon, we call that getting ripped off. Price-wise, the rest of the menu is outrageous: beef cheek for €26 (the cheapest cut on the butcher's counter, you have to hand it to them) and sea bream for €27. Then they wonder why customers are abandoning traditional brasseries for fast food… I'm only giving it 2/5 because the staff were okay and the terrace on the main square is quite pleasant for people-watching. You seriously need to rethink your approach, La Verrière. You can't serve mediocre food at the price of a near-Michelin-starred restaurant. It just doesn't work.
