Following a surprise birthday party, I found myself at the Afghan Café... which I had already noticed.
What a sublime discovery! I have rarely seen dishes where the combination of flavors was so perfectly mastered, and where the flavors evolved so beautifully on the palate.
Since there were four of us, we shared our dishes out of curiosity... and it makes you want to return again and again to explore and learn the menu by heart.
So you'll be seeing me regularly, without limit, and always to savor this perfect mastery.
Furthermore, congratulations on also offering enticing vegetarian dishes, which are all too rare in restaurants and therefore worth paying attention to. In addition to being expertly prepared, a resounding bravo! We were delighted and charmed by this moment of discovery.
