18/07/2026: Last week we discovered La Tête en l’air. It’s a beautiful establishment where the very name of the restaurant evokes a feeling of complete relaxation. It was an excellent culinary discovery. All the senses are awakened. The dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious. The pace of the tasting is perfect, and we didn't notice the time passing. Thank you to the chef, the cooks/pastry chefs, the service staff… for this wonderful discovery, for your attentiveness, and for your discretion. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment ;)

27/07/2026: I love eating at Le Derrière in Vannes! It's become one of my favorite places. The value for money is excellent, and the menu changes regularly, allowing you to discover new flavors each time you visit. I've been there several times, especially for birthdays, and the experience has always been fantastic. The setting is pleasant, the atmosphere is friendly, and the service is always attentive and professional. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for delicious food made with quality ingredients and served by a welcoming team.

25/07/2026: Excellent! The best burger I've ever had: the bun was like a savory kouign-amann and the pulled chuck was amazing. My partner had a flank steak cooked to perfection. The service was very friendly too, and they even offered a small digestif to top it all off. In short, a great place. Go without hesitation and with your taste buds wide open!

12/07/2026: The dishes were very tasty, the monkfish was particularly excellent. Refined and good value for money. One small drawback: it's a shame there's no air conditioning or more fans, as it gets a bit hot inside.

29/07/2026: Restaurant with a very pleasant terrace. We ordered John Dory, two half-lobsters, and a ribeye steak. The ribeye was exceptionally thin; we were surprised given the price. The lobster was a bit too dry. The John Dory, however, was very good, as were all the side dishes. The service, on the other hand, wasn't very pleasant. We had to ask for water three times, and the table was dirty. This place could still improve ☺️

28/07/2026: Very nice location right in the city center. Prompt service and good value for money. The oysters and scallops are highly recommended.

19/07/2026: Lovely restaurant ran by lovely people. I liked the lunch so much I went twice to taste the entire weekly menu. The wine selection and recommendations are terrific and the food is outstanding. There’s a lot of work and refinement put in all the dishes but what stands out the most is the respect of the products and how the chef sublimates the core ingredients of the mains: both the fish and the lamb were not just cooked to perfection, their texture and taste were elevated!

18/07/2026: Passing through Vannes, we discovered this restaurant a few weeks ago for lunch. We loved everything about it, starting with the cuisine, which is full of textures and flavors—a sophisticated yet simple approach. The ingredients are excellent, locally sourced, and the chef is clearly a master. And what can we say about the attentive service and the wine recommendations? If you're looking for an emotional experience, you won't be disappointed. Each bite reveals new sensations; the dish unfolds gradually, nothing is left to chance. A huge thank you to Baptiste and Marine. A must-try for us in Vannes—I'm still thinking about it a month later! 🤩

15/07/2026: Last night, I ordered two pizzas to eat while watching the World Cup semi-final on July 14th. The order was placed at 8 PM for pickup at 8:45 PM so I could watch the match in peace. Unfortunately, the order wasn't ready until 9 PM (when the match started), even though I had deliberately ordered early. Furthermore, an ingredient (peppers) was missing from the chicken BBQ pizza, which is heavily composed of them. An hour to mess up a pizza is unacceptable. I will never order from here again; it was a very bad experience, and I strongly advise against it.

09/07/2026: We ordered a pizza before the match started at 9:15 AM, and we've been waiting for our order for 64 minutes. You closed before giving us any instructions, even though you had called us beforehand. We ordered a large pizza, knowing that the person who placed the order has a disability. I don't understand why their order wasn't received beforehand. Next time, for such a large order, I would appreciate it if you would call us before closing time and manage your delivery drivers properly so they can make their deliveries, knowing that most of them are scammers trying to get the last order as a bonus.
