The paper-wrapped fish is seabass. It has a fishy muddy smell and is quite oily. Bean and eggplant not bad

Recommended by a friend, I ordered fish and diced rabbit today. It was so delicious that I jumped with joy. No wonder there are so many people waiting in line for a table, it makes sense. Must try dine-in next time

It still tastes pretty good. But I really want to give the store a suggestion. The a la carte side dishes should be put in separately after the fish is cooked. But the problem is that if you keep turning on high heat, the oil will splash. If you turn on low heat, the side dishes will take a long time to cook. . . So why not just cook the garnishes with the paper-wrapped fish from the start?

La Table du Ramen

06/09/2024: One word: meh (or "bof" en français). Yes, technically the noodles are pulled by hand, but that doesn't mean much when they are tough and unevenly/unskillfully pulled. I had noodles of every single size (fine/normal/thick) in my soup. You just need noodles in soup? This place will do, I guess. You can probably do better. Maybe it's the dish I ordered (雪菜肉碎面/soupe de nouilles au porc haché et légume chinoise), but the soup was not flavorful. A fried or boiled egg would have helped as an add-on, but was surprisingly not available. Pluses: the chili oil saved the day, and portions are plenty. Maybe the stir fried noodles are better. Service is quick and efficient and seating is plentiful.

13/09/2024: Very good restaurant Several seats and the decoration is great I recommend the cheese dakgalbi if there are several of you!!
12/09/2024: Very good address for a cheap address in the neighborhood. They have plenty of room upstairs and the service is fast and efficient!
