The paper-wrapped fish was so delicious! Better than many grilled fish dishes in China! And it had air conditioning! The owner even gave us fans because it was hot!

We love coming to L'Aigle d'Orient! Everything is delicious and the staff is always friendly! It feels like we're in Sichuan, but in the 9th arrondissement of Paris :-).

The best Sichuan cuisine in Paris, a must-go place for every birthday party. The paper-wrapped fish is absolutely delicious, and the spicy chicken is the best in Paris. All the other dishes are also excellent, so order with confidence. A place I come back to countless times.

15/07/2026: A small, unassuming family restaurant that offers delicious dishes from various regions of China at very reasonable prices (special mention for the crispy pork). The dining room is quiet, clean (and air-conditioned!). The waitress is also lovely; I'll definitely be back!

07/07/2026: A wonderful discovery on Rue Pascal. The place is charming and very welcoming, perfect for a quick lunch in the heart of the 13th arrondissement. We thoroughly enjoyed the avocado maki and the sushi. I particularly loved the miso soup, served piping hot with its tender little pieces of mushroom. Everything was truly fresh and delicious. It's a simple and efficient spot where you feel right at home. I'll definitely be back for another delicious meal.
07/07/2026: The owners are lovely and make the neighborhood so pleasant! The food is perfect; these are the best maki rolls I've ever had. I recommend this place 1000%!
