The setting isn't anything special, but the culinary journey is incredible. The ingredients are fresh. You can see and taste it when you eat, because you don't just eat, you savor. The dishes are prepared with immense skill and meticulous attention to presentation. The welcome and service are impeccable. The staff is very attentive and caring. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will definitely return.

Best and most authentic Japanese restaurant in Aix. Very friendly service. Everything is delicious. The bento boxes are meticulously prepared and offer a wide variety. The sushi and sashimi are extremely fresh and delicious. Reservations are recommended as they are often full.
I ordered premium sushi and salmon roe.
The conger eel and salmon roe were beautifully presented and delicious, and the other fish were fresh as well.
The location is easy to access, with plenty of free parking nearby.
I'd love to go again.
