11/01/2026: A unique moment, for which the chef's choice is crucial to creating a truly memorable experience: a table of 20 people celebrating a wedding. It was unanimously agreed that it was a delightful gastronomic moment, highlighted by subtle blends of flavors and textures. Lunch was served in a relaxed and intimate atmosphere, allowing for reunions, laughter, and the enjoyment of the food. I would also like to highlight the pan-seared duck breast: a colorful and expressive presentation, perfectly executed. From the first bite to the last toast, it was a sensory delight for the taste buds. With tact and generosity, the chef invited us to discover his dish. The presentation began with a crispy note of sweet potato chips; then came the semi-crisp texture of the vegetables, which brought out their unique character and flavor. Finally, you'll experience the tenderness of the meat on its sweet and savory bed. Highly recommended!
