However, as soon as it's someone the server or manager knows, everything changes: big smiles, greetings, advice… This favoritism is truly unacceptable. As a manager, it's not right to treat customers differently. A customer is a customer, whether you know them or not.

Having frequented many establishments of this type, I can honestly say: this one is clearly a cut above the rest. The dough, the toppings, the baking... everything is meticulously crafted. This isn't a pizza you eat casually—it's a pizza that leaves a lasting impression. If you live in or near Ris-Orangis and haven't been yet, you're missing out. And if you already know it, you know exactly what I'm talking about. I recommend it without hesitation, without a second thought.

24/04/2026: And yes, it's the end of an era. We've been eating at La Galettière for 39 years. One of the first customers in 1987 and one of the last to celebrate its closing last Saturday. The best crêperie, I've never found better anywhere else. Very family-oriented. Philippe has always been the same, all these years. Professional, helpful, smiling, friendly, and what more can I say... He introduced me to so many people in the professional world. Over the years, a true friendship developed. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, the service is top-notch, and the welcome is second to none. The pizzas are a delight ❤️ and the cleanliness is impeccable.
