19/01/2026: A few weeks ago, I ordered at the Drive-Thru and used my points to get a free drink. There was a communication error; they were out of drinks. They tried to offer me other items, but I wanted that drink. The manager took my personal information to let me know when the restaurant reopened. He did, and he set a drink aside for me. I was able to pick it up as soon as I could. Having worked at McDonald's, I can say that it's rare to find managers this helpful.
05/01/2026: We tried to recreate the "King of Silence" ad with the kids, we had a good laugh, and so did the drive-thru lady, thanks to her for understanding 😂👍
