Alquimia sur Vienne

We chose this restaurant for our anniversary and we were so glad we did! What a find! We enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. Everything was refined and delicious. The service was impeccable and warm. The sommelier informed us about the different wines; it was fascinating. In short, this restaurant is in my top four... the top two are three-star establishments, which shows how much we enjoyed it. We will definitely return. The only thing missing was a quick visit from the chef to the dining room... hopefully next time.
