A truly wonderful gastronomic experience in Alquimia. The daily menu is very affordable and offers excellent value, while the evening tasting menu is remarkable. Each dish is part of a coherent narrative, and the experience is meticulously planned. Throughout the meal, the cuisine offers a successful fusion of Paraguayan and French ingredients. This blend of cultures gives the restaurant a unique identity and allows diners to discover original yet perfectly balanced flavors. Special mention goes to the "divination" drink offered at the beginning of the meal, a delightful surprise that I prefer not to reveal in order to leave future diners the pleasure of discovery. The decor perfectly complements the restaurant's theme, and the concept extends to the cutlery, which also contributes to the immersive experience. I absolutely loved the strawberry pavlova—quite simply the best I've ever had. My only reservation concerns the dining room, which I found a little cramped, and some of the explanations about the dishes, which at times seemed a bit rehearsed. However, this doesn't detract from the overall quality of the experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to lovers of fine food and unique culinary experiences.
