We got the classic cones: Cistomer experieence: * The fully automated ordering system feels sterile and lacks any human touch or guidance through the menu. That's the only way to order. * While the staff were polite and courteous, they weren't particularly attentive or engaging. Ice Cream & Amenities * The ice cream itself was decent, but nothing extraordinary. * There are no customer washrooms available—a major drawback for an ice cream shop where messy, sticky hands are almost inevitable. Atmosphere & Seating * Seating is quite restricted and clearly designed for quick turnover rather than a relaxing stay.

Excellent ice cream. Quick and efficient service. There are standing tables but no seats. Thanks to Sandra for the glass of water and her excellent ice cream selection.

This is just one of the best ice cream shops I have been too. A little gem tucked away. They are so talented. The gelato is amazing and they make them into little roses. This is an experience not to be missed.

Delicious, made with high-quality ingredients, and each flavor has a calorie note. The waitress was very nice and gave me as many flavors as I requested. The cone-shaped flower design was also very photogenic.
