Hello: It was my first visit here, and I’m not a local nor do I speak or understand French, but the staff was incredibly kind and helpful! Bro Ahmed, one of the owners, even accompanied me to my ride (despite the terrible weather. He made sure I was safe and had a way to contact my driver, and He even stayed until my ride showed up). The menu, service, and variety of food and shisha were impressive as well, but for me, customer service and care take precedence! I will definitely return time and time again!

Beautiful place. I'll never tire of coming here. The shisha lounge, Anamour Mon Amour, is a dream, with a truly warm welcome. Not to mention the service from Naomi, a helpful and smiling waitress—it's a pleasure. A thousand thanks! ❤️

We were very disappointed with our experience at Anamour. We ordered two carpaccios and, for no apparent reason, the portions were completely different: my plate was significantly smaller than my friend's. On top of that, there was no seasoning, no salt, nothing, which made the dish bland. The bread served with it was extremely hard, to the point that it looked like it had been sitting for several days. But the worst part was the welcome and service: the waiters were unpleasant and haughty, and we constantly felt like we were bothering them when we spoke to them. They had absolutely no sense of service or customer relations. A truly disappointing experience that doesn't make us want to return.

A wonderful discovery! The restaurant offers a varied menu with delicious and beautifully presented dishes. The shishas are high quality, expertly drawn, and come in a wide variety of flavors. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is very professional and attentive. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it!
